The injection molds, extrusion
molds, IC package molds, thermoforming molds, casting molds we produced
are suitable for production of PVC pipe, fitting automobile part,
electronic part, computer part, furniture, food and drink container.
In design department, a 3D solid parameter software and mold flow
analysis software have been used to design and research. Then the
programs are transmitted to our main processing mechanism by DNC to
form a complete CAD/CAE/CAM network. The main processing machines
include: CNC boring, flexible manufacturing system, machine center,
wire cut, E.D.M., CNC lathe… etc.. In order to ensure that the quality
meets customer's requirement, all finished molds are examined by testing
machine and injection machine or extruder before delivery.
