Product Description:
The Engineering Department at the Nan Ya Plastics Corporation has over forty years of experience in screw & barrel manufacturing. We offer total product solutions to meet the demands of our customers in Nan Ya, FPG, and many other companies. We provide customers with the best production tools such as single screw & barrel, twin straight screw & barrel, twin conical screw & barrel for plastics production, and synthetic textured yarn & polyester fiber mills. All of these products also meet the needs of plastic and chemical fiber mills. In addition, the screws & barrels can be manufactured with reverse engineering technics to meet the needs of our customers’ special production applications.
 
 
Product Features:
1.Our screws’ 3D solid modeling is built by integral high-end CAD/CAM/CAE systems using the full capability of our design software. With our software, we can analyze the processed plastics material, calculate the output, choose tooth design, determine optimal length of each section, and simulate plastics flow.
2.The screws are made of anti-corrosion steel with special heat-treatment to extend their life. We use an integral high-end CNC machine with tool sharpening and a path setting function. Our machine is fully capable of running machining simulation software in its computer system. All dimensions will be automatically checked and off-set compensated with our system module after the milling process to ensure that the final dimensions match the original design.
3.We keep production stable and control for deflection in our screws through our heat treatment process in the special oven. Our aligning process promotes screw precision and maintains straightness within 0.1 mm.
4.The bimetallic barrels with alloy sleeves exhibit low stress and minimal size change during the machining process. Our top performing and patent registered assembly tools are highly accurate and maintain stable integration.
5.Customers can choose either Fe-base or Ni-base sleeves with the bimetallic barrels based on their production needs.

2.For plastic pipes, sheets, and extrusion products for use in production.
3.For the materials of synthetic textured yarn and polyester fiber melt.
